Refund policy

You always have at least 14 days of withdrawal rights under EU consumer protection law. We extend this and offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

We hope you will be happy with your purchase. However, if you change your mind, you have the right to return your order within 30 days. The product must be returned in its original condition – unused and well packaged, preferably in its original packaging.

The right of withdrawal also applies if the packaging has been opened, as long as the poster or card is unused and in new condition.

Damaged items upon delivery 

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately via our contact form or email us at info@littleheartandi.se.

Please include a photo of the damage and keep the packaging, as it may be required when contacting the shipping carrier. We will either send you a replacement or issue a refund.

How to make a return – step by step

Contact us via our contact form or email info@littleheartandi.se with your order number and the item you wish to return.

We will send you a PostNord return label that you can print yourself, or show as a QR code at a service point, where they can print the label for you.

International return
Drop off your package at your local post office or shipping service point.

Once we have received the returned item and approved the return, we will issue a refund using the same payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return cost

You are responsible for the return shipping cost.

For international returns, the cost is €10.

The right of withdrawal also applies to purchases from other EU countries in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

Klarna payments
If you paid with Klarna, please remember to register your return in the Klarna app and provide the tracking information as proof. Your invoice will then be paused while the return is being processed.

Sustainability is important to us. We want to encourage mindful purchases and reduce unnecessary transportation.

Unclaimed packages

If you do not collect your package within PostNord’s collection period, it will be returned to us. For unclaimed packages, we reserve the right to charge a fee for return shipping and handling, currently €10. We will contact you before any charge is made.

Complaints

You always have a 3-year right to make a complaint under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act.

A complaint applies if the product has an original defect, meaning a fault that existed at the time of delivery. This does not apply to normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use.

  • Please include a photo of the damage and describe what happened.

  • Keep the packaging in case of transport damage, as it may be required when contacting the shipping carrier.
