Shipping policy

Here you will find information about our shipping options, delivery times, and shipping costs. 
All orders are carefully packed and shipped as soon as possible.

Sweden

Delivery: 2–5 business days

Shipping cost:
– Greeting cards (A5, A6 and mini cards): from 25 kr 
– Posters and larger orders: 59 kr

Free shipping on orders from 499 kr

Greeting cards (A5, A6 and mini cards) are sent with PostNord First-Class Letter.

Posters and larger orders are shipped with tracking via PostNord Varubrev to your mailbox or nearest pickup point.

Smaller shipments are delivered directly to your mailbox where possible.

Posters and larger orders are delivered with Nordic Swan Ecolabelled shipping within Sweden – a more thoughtful choice with lower climate impact.

EU countries

Delivery: 4–8 business days (depending on destination country)

Shipping cost:
– Greeting cards (A5, A6 and mini cards): from €4
– Posters and larger orders: €12

Free shipping on orders from €89

Greeting cards are sent with PostNord Priority International Letter.

Posters and larger orders are shipped with tracking via PostNord Tracked Letter.

Smaller shipments are delivered directly to the mailbox where possible.

We currently ship to the following EU countries:
Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, and Austria.

After your order

Order confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation by email once your order has been received.

Tracking number
You will receive a tracking number by email when your order is shipped, if the shipment is trackable.

Delays and issues

Delayed delivery
If your delivery is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us and we will assist you.

Missing package
If your package does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will help you file a claim with PostNord.

Shipments sent by letter may occasionally take a few extra days in transit. Please wait a couple of days beyond the estimated delivery time before contacting us.

Please note that letter shipments (greeting cards) are not trackable.

Damaged package
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days and include a photo of the damage so we can assist you further.

Liability
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or other circumstances beyond our control.

We pack and ship all orders as quickly as possible. During periods of high demand or public holidays, delivery may occasionally take slightly longer than estimated.

Most orders arrive earlier than the estimated delivery time.
